The latest range of hot water boilers from Rojek are designed for the safe environmentally burning of firewood, wood chippings, briquettes and biomass materials. The boiler hearth has been specially designed to allow the use of solid fuels, if required, and this has no adverse affect on the warranty. These heavy duty heaters are made from welded steel boiler plate. All the walls of the boiler are doubled and filled water giving very efficient heat transfer. The grate is made from special heat resisting pipes and also forma part of the water jacket making effective use of the heat produced during combustion. The boiler output is controlled by the quantity of primary air supplied under the grate and can be controlled manually or with the supplied thermostat. An automatic pellet feed burner is available to fit these boilers and features feed auger and electronic ignition.

A range of automatic hot water boilers for use with wood pellets. The side mounted fuel tank, electronic regulation and underfeed stoker allow the boilers to be operated for several days between refills. An adjustable speed fan providing primary and secondary combustion air allows for variable heat output to meet the system demands.
With and additional cast iron grate it is possible to burn fuel wood, wood chippings, briquettes and other biomass materials in manual operation. |
