The latest range of hot water heating boilers from Atmos are for use with wood pellets with the added advantage of using log wood in emergency situations. Available with different sizes of pellet fuel store, automatic pellet feeding, left or right handed pellet burner locations, a moving grate for easy cleaning and a choice of burners depending on the quality of the pellet fuel available these boilers can burn with efficiencies over 92%. These boilers are equipped with a cooling loop to prevent overheating and the integral control panel is pre-wired for fitting an electronic unit to control a three zone heating system and solar control should this be required.

In this range, you get two boilers rolled into one. The boiler body is made up of three chambers, the upper two chambers are for the wood gasification process and the bottom chamber contains a built in burner for pellets, oil or natural gas. The advantages of these boilers are · Dual fuel use without any the need for modification · High efficiency - up to 92.3% · Cheaper installation costs, no need to have two boilers for two different fuels and only one flue required. · Reduced site area required - only one combined boiler · Easy replacement of burner in the future · Ideal for when you are away on holiday or business as you just use the change over switch to alternate between fuels.
